  • User Forms: Information provided by users through signup and other forms on our platform.
  • Tracking of Transporter's Vehicles: GPS tracking system is installed on transporter's trucks for fleet vitals and management.

Data Usage

We use the collected Personal Data for the following specific purposes:

  • Account Creation: We use your Data, such as your name, email address, and phone number, to create and set up your account on our platform.
  • Identity Verification: To ensure compliance, integrity and security of information in our system, we use information such as your GST Number, and PAN Number to verify your identity or the identity of your organisation, if applicable. This helps us prevent fraudulent activities and maintain a trusted user base.
  • Providing Services: We only collect information such as bank details (including account number and IFSC code), and Udhyam Number to facilitate other users to process payments and transactions timely and securely. Such information is shared with the other users only when they have to make a payment to you.

2. Customer Support

  • Support Services: We use the information you provide during sign-up, such as contact details and account information, to assist you with any inquiries, resolve issues, and provide customer support.

3. Enhancement of Services

  • Service Improvement: We analyse your usage patterns and the feedback you may provide us to continuously improve our services. This includes customising features to better suit your needs and addressing any issues you may encounter.

Banking Details Notice:

We collect and store your banking details (including your account number and IFSC code) under encryption to facilitate timely and secure payments for the services you provide through our platform. This information is only made visible to other users when it is necessary to process a payment to you.

MSME Registration Notice:

Users under MSME category must provide their UDYAM number at the time of registration on Platform. This ensures that we can convey this information to other users who will avail themselves of your services on our Platform. Not providing UDYAM number during registration might lead to delayed payments and other issues from the other user's end. In such cases, we will not be liable for any inconveniences or able to assist in such cases.
